Following mutual consultations, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (PPO) have decided to extend the "China-Poland Liaison Mechanism" for another five years, from July 8, 2026 to July 7, 2031.

During the operation of the liaison mechanism, Chinese enterprises with relevant inquiries regarding inventions, trademarks, industrial designs and utility models in Poland may contact the CNIPA IP liaison officer at the following details:
